- Satay
Who can resist the delights of Satay. Usually this food is serve in two variants, Sate Padang and Sate Madura. Meat-based culinary, chicken or mutton, traditionally baked with charcoal. Served with delicious peanut sauce adds to the taste.
- Fried Rice

Jogjakarta specialty cuisine, processed food from young jackfruit cooked with palm sugar and coconut milk. This sweet and spicy taste is always crowd by local and foreign tourists.
- Soto
Some regions in Indonesia have their own soto. The taste and the nature are different from each region. One of them is soto betawi which has coconut milk, soto noodle bogor with clear broth, soto lamongan and others.
- Oxtail Soup (Sop Buntut)
The food is make from cow’s tail pieces through a very long process so that the taste becomes very delicious and popular. First of all, the cow’s tail is seasone with spices and then freshly baked into the beef broth. Usually, oxtail soup will be serve with sliced carrots, potatoes, celery leeks, tomatoes and not forget the fried onions.
- Gado-gado
Food consisting of vegetables stew and given peanut spices. If we are abroad, we can find salads, different from the typical Indonesian Gado-gado made from native Indonesian herbs and spices.
- Pecel
Almost the same as gado-gado, pecel is a vegetable that is boil and given peanut flavor, usually there is the smell of orange leaves on the peanut sauce. Pecel is a typical food of East Java.
- Nasi Padang
